FUSION was incorporated as a private limited company during the financial year 2007-08 with an objective to provide world class management consultancy services to the SME sector. The senior management team of FUSION comprises professionals having Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary and Cost Accountancy background. They are having diverse experience in areas of Listing, Mergers & Acquisition, Private Equity, Management Consultancy, Corporate Finance, etc. with leading corporate houses besides excellent individual and academic track records.

To be a leading domestic advisory firm having national presence with extended network abroad. We aim to provide the best of the advisory assistance to our clients in a robust and professional work approach by identifying their specific needs and then providing them with their best suited solutions.

‘Team Fusion’ consists of more than half a dozen professionals having varied background like CA, CS, ICWA, MBA, Lawyers, etc. Each member of ‘Team Fusion’ has a proven track record with hands on experience in his own area of expertise.

- Post-qualification experience of more than 16 years with large corporates including Larsen & Toubro, TATA Group and Indiacom Limited (Ex-Sesa Goa Group Company)
- Expertise in diverse areas including Listing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Fund Raising, Risk Management, etc.
