SME Exchange is a very useful mechanism offered to them for raising long term funds.

We work as an internal advisor to the companies which are planning to get listed on SME Exchanges. We provide varied services pertaining to IPO advisory, Pre IPO placement, Institutional placement etc. We also help the companies to execute relatively complex transaction structures like Reverse Merger. Mergers & Acquisitions

We work closely with our patrons on every aspect of an M & A deal starting from origination to closure. We have a widespread relationship network enabling us easy and comfortable access to counter parties. Our principals have the unique experience of having worked on some of the large and unique M & A transactions that have happened in India in the past.
